Looks great. While I haven't done this working at a game dev, you could cheat the lighting and shadows by rendering them into the textures... I only know that it can be done in 3D studio MAX.. Dunno about Blender. Is there a way to cross-fade multiple textures containing different shadow angles based on the angle of the sun in x-plane? Anyways, Great looking stuff. Im a fan of the 777.

Stellar work. What I would like to see concerning the exterior though is smoother edges and curves, and if you haven't already done so, flexing of wings and movement of the engine. Continue the great work, I hope you release more projects soon, I'd gladly pay.

P.S. Do your planes work with Mac OS X or are only Windows compatible? Thank you.

Oh, I´m a litle bit sad about that , that there wont be an A346 in the near future (it´s my favorite airliner ).
But I can´t wait to fly the B777 :)
It would be great if you could post something like a video about the progress (I think everybody here wants to see this bird flying in moving pictures ;) ) and some pictures of the 2D-Panel.
When I see these details in your aircraft I feel proud to be a user of X-Plane (9)

Thanks so much for your work!

Greetings from Germany ;)

PS: Are there any news about the A320?

The pit is 100% made in Blender with just some light editing (levels, contrast etc) in Photoshop on the renders.

Dhruv: Sorry to hear about Rodrigo.

I am stunned by the elegance of the 3-D pit. I don't even think drueling on the keyboard is enough!
Just one question, did you make that in Blender?!

The 757 is currently taking a back seat to the 777. We feel that the 777 will be a better-received aircraft by the X-Plane community, thus its movement to the front of the queue. We hope to resume our efforts on the A320 series with XPFW in the near future as well, but our own workload will be the deciding factor in those plans. The A340, unfortunately, is not in our project matrix at the moment as we unfortunately had to part ways with Rodrigo. We may revisit the idea of doing an Airbus widebody at some point, but at this time we can't comment further.

Theo,

We'll do what we can to get the throttle quadrant handles animated in line with their real-life counterparts. Going by the datarefs we have at our disposal, we may very well be able to properly animate the reverse thrust levers. Only time will tell!
